Nervous System Support

Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive way to help your brain work more smoothly and efficiently—without medication. By providing your brain with real-time feedback about its own activity using EEG technology, it guides your brain to develop healthier patterns over time—much like practicing a new skill or hobby.

This process helps your nervous system find balance, boosting your focus, emotional resilience, and ability to switch gears when life demands it. Think of it as helping your brain smoothly shift between tasks, so you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.

Neurofeedback has helped many people reduce symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, sleep difficulties, trauma, and more. It’s also popular with athletes, musicians, and professionals aiming to perform at their best.

Neurofeedback is suitable for adults and children as young as six. It’s an excellent option for anyone looking to improve mental focus, reduce stress, enhance emotional well-being, or recover from trauma. Whether you’re struggling with specific symptoms or seeking to optimize your brain function, neurofeedback can be a valuable part of your wellness journey.

About Megan

Hi, I’m Megan. I’ve been a neurofeedback practitioner for over six years, helping people feel calmer, think more clearly, sleep better, and enjoy life more. My path to this work wasn’t a straight line.

I started out as an environmental advocate, biology researcher, and science teacher, and I also spent several years as a stay-at-home mom. My passion has always been to give people good information so they can make better choices. But I realized something important along the way: when we’re stressed, anxious, unfocused, or running on too little sleep, even the best information doesn’t lead to better choices — because we don’t have the bandwidth to use it.

That’s what led me to train in neurofeedback through the Institute for Applied Neuroscience and EEG Education & Research, with professional supervision from Robert E. Longo, MRC, LPC, NCC, BCN Fellow. I’m also in the final stages of becoming a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, so I can support clients not only in brain health but in whole-person wellness.

Today, I love helping people reclaim their energy, focus, and emotional balance. I believe taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s the foundation for showing up fully in your life and relationships. When you feel better, you function better — and that benefits everyone around you.
